His public life of these years gives us one message – not position , service is greater ; not power , resolve is greater and the nation comes first.
The Chief Minister said that with this spirit of service and resolve, the ‘ Nama Marathon for Drug-Free Haryana ‘ is being organized from the land of Ambala. Drugs can give you a ‘ high ‘ for a while , but they can make your whole life ‘ low ‘.
The Chief Minister said that service does not only mean helping someone , but also taking up a big challenge of the society as one’s resolution is service. One of the biggest challenges before us today is the decisive fight against drugs. Drugs are not the solution to any problem , rather drugs themselves are a big problem. Drugs can give a ‘ high ‘ for some time , but they make the whole life ‘ low ‘ . A few moments of addiction can weigh heavily on the dreams of a whole life.
He said that drugs first weaken the body , then break self-confidence , take away dreams , destroy family happiness and gradually hollow out the entire society. Therefore, today, while running on the roads of Ambala, every step is not just covering a distance , but every step is giving a message of distance from drugs and connection with life.
Young people should not let their parents’ dreams be shattered.
Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, while inviting the youth, said that say ‘ no ‘ to drugs , say ‘ no ‘ to wrong company and say ‘ yes ‘ to your dreams . You are the hope of your parents , the pride of your family and the strength of India’s future. Your parents have decorated countless dreams for you and have sacrificed countless times for your future. Your one success fills the entire family with pride. Therefore, do not let your parents’ dreams break due to any kind of pressure , show-off or wrong friendship. Your life is precious , your future is precious and your dreams are precious.
He said that our goal is not just to stop drugs , but to give the youth a life in which drugs are replaced by play , despair by opportunity , bad company by good morals, and wandering by purpose.
Haryanvi youth will be recognized by their courage , not by drugs
The Chief Minister said that youth power is the biggest strength of developed India- 2047 . We cannot let the energy of our youth be wasted in drugs. They should not have drugs in their hands , but a tool of sports and a tool of skill. Today’s marathon is not just a race , it is a race of awareness , a race of responsibility and a race of resolve. Ambala is giving a message to the entire Haryana today that our Haryanvi youth will be recognized not by drugs , but by their courage.
