Sangrur: The Union Home Minister is on a tour of Punjab today. During this, he is meeting the families of those who lost their lives due to drugs. In this regard, after meeting the family of Bikramjit Singh in village Mari Pannua of Gurdaspur, he reached village Toor Banjara of Sangrur, where he met the family of Gulzar Singh, who committed suicide last month, at his house.
The Home Minister reached the grain market of Dirba Mandi from Gurdaspur by helicopter and from there reached village Toor Banjara by car. Here he met Gulzar Singh’s brother, wife and 2 sons. Family members said that Amit Shah went there for 20 minutes asking everything. Amit Shah told Gulzar’s family that they will get justice in 2-3 months and will come to Bhog after getting justice.
