atiala, 13 July 2026 : Under the ‘Lok Milni’ program launched by Punjab Health Minister and Patiala Rural MLA Dr. Balbir Singh, a direct interaction was held with the people at Anand Nagar Community Center in Ward No. 6. This program was organized by Councilor Jasbir Singh Gandhi and his team, in which a large number of residents of the area participated.
During the event, Dr. Balbir Singh was welcomed by Councilor Jasbir Singh Gandhi, party leaders and workers with a bouquet and garland.
In his address, the Health Minister said that more than Rs 2 crore has been spent for the development of roads, drains, sewerage, parks and other basic facilities in Ward No. 6. He said that the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is giving priority to public welfare and development and continuous work is being done in the fields of health, education and infrastructure.
Dr. Balbir Singh listened to the complaints and demands of the people on the spot and assured of early resolution of the related issues. During this, Councilor Jasbir Singh Gandhi also arranged a langar of cold sweet water, bread pakoras and tea for the congregation.
Party office bearers, social leaders and a large number of residents of the ward participated in the program and also shared their suggestions regarding development works.
