Chandigarh , September 2 – Haryana Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda has decided to extend the last date of the centralized online admission process for the first year of graduation to September 15, 2026 , giving a big relief to the students of the state .
Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda said that the department was receiving many applications from various colleges , public representatives and students for reopening the admission portal and extending the date. Many students were not able to apply on time due to technical reasons or other reasons. Keeping in mind the bright future of the youth and equal opportunities for education, the government has taken this public interest step.
According to the orders issued , the registrars of all state universities , principals of government colleges , government aided colleges and self-financed colleges in the state have been instructed to implement this decision with immediate effect.
The Education Minister said that the aim of the Haryana government is that no bright student of the state should be deprived of higher education. With the extension of the date, all the remaining eligible students will now be able to easily complete their admission process on the portal by September 15. He has appealed to the students to ensure their admission without waiting for the last date.
