During the camp, SDM Akash Sharma interacted directly with citizens to understand their issues. He listened to each application seriously and instructed officials from the concerned departments to take necessary action on a priority basis. He emphasized that the disposal of all cases must be transparent, of high quality, and completed within the stipulated timeframe so that citizens do not face any inconvenience.
A total of three applications, all related to the ‘Parivar Pehchan Patra’ (PPP), were received during the camp. The SDM directed the concerned officials to resolve each application in a timely manner and in accordance with the rules, and to keep the applicants informed about the progress.
The SDM remarked that the grievance redressal camp is a public-friendly initiative by the government and administration, aimed at providing quick, transparent, and effective solutions to citizens’ problems at a single location. He stated that the administration is working with complete sensitivity, accountability, and commitment regarding public grievances. All departments must ensure a high-quality and satisfactory resolution for every complaint, thereby strengthening public trust in the administration and sparing people the need to make repeated visits to government offices.
