New Delhi, July 16: Charanjit Singh Channi has arrived in New Delhi for discussions with the Congress high command as the party grapples with an ongoing leadership tussle in its Punjab unit. Channi is scheduled to meet Congress General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal later in the day to discuss issues concerning the state unit and the party’s future strategy.
